golfing partner who himself was a SCORE counselor. Duncan calls it "the best decision I ever made". Because of his interest in SCORE operations, Duncan became Secretary, then Vice Chairman, then eventually Chairman of the Atlanta Chapter in 1998. Duncan was instrumental in establishing our SCORE chapter's first satellite office located in Alpharetta, and now manages that site and its counselors. Subsequently, SCORE has now opened four additional remote offices that ring the city, providing greater convenience for our clients.

Over the years, Duncan has counseled nearly 1000 small business persons from house painters to inventors, retailers to cleaners of fine Oriental rugs. His goal is to help each client determine their own course of business whether it be those needing help with their existing business or those just starting out. In doing this, he also recognizes the vast diversity of experience within our counselor corps and often calls on others to co-counsel for the maximum benefit to his client.

Counselors like Duncan Cutler are what give SCORE its reputation of being the choice counselors to America's small business.
