After graduating from one of
the country’s top business schools at Georgia State University
with a B.S. degree in marketing, Peggy worked at IBM. She
quickly realized how their well thought-out processes and
procedures and unlimited employee training improved her work
habits. While there, she was recognized by the chairman for
streamlining processes that saved the company close to a million dollars a year.
The Durham, NC native is the author of several
books (The Time Management Memory Jogger™,
Conquer Email Overload with Outlook 2003, and Just Show Me Which
Button to Click in PowerPoint 2003); a media spokesperson,
editor of an online magazine, and a former radio and TV show
co-host. She has appeared on The TODAY show, Black Enterprise Business Report,
and a PBS special for the US Virgin Islands affiliate. Her
expertise has been cited in O-The Oprah Magazine, Health,
Entrepreneur, Fortune Small Business, Inc., Good Housekeeping, Real Simple, Essence,
