funds or reduce the amount of money needed by "thinking outside of
the box!"
Learn the most effective way to obtain Small
Business Administration (SBA) Guaranteed Loans, including a review
of the bank decision and underwriting process.

loan and venture investor decisions are made -- what crucial
questions you must answer, including the importance of credit
reports.-
Business plan
preparation review and discussion of what yours must contain to
facilitate positive funding decisions.

Tapping non-traditional
funding sources including: Angel Investors, Seed Capital, Venture
Capital, factoring, vendor and user financing, leasing, merchant
banking.
Required
SCORE Counseling
After attending a Community Express Loans session, it is required
that you meet with a SCORE counselor (on another day) at any of our
convenient Atlanta area offices. You will have to complete a
Technical Assistance (TA) form. During your confidential counseling
session, a SCORE counselor will complete a "TA" form, which is a
required part of the loan application package. Please be aware that
loan applications are not complete and will not be processed without
the "TA" form you receive from SCORE. Your SCORE counselor will
review your completed loan application and will assist you in
submitting it to the lender for consideration.
